Payment Methods
We accept payment using any Credit Card or Debit card bearing the Visa, MasterCard or Delta logo.
We only charge your card at the point of dispatch.
Trading Policy
Please be aware that it is always our intention to deal with all of our customers promptly, efficiently and fairly at all times.
Non-Delivery
Whilst we do try to dispatch orders promptly, please allow 7 working days before enquiring.
In Case of Error or Damage
Whilst we try to provide a perfect service, problems may still happen occasionally, and there are sometimes manufacturing faults in books which are not apparent at the time of dispatch. If you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, explaining the problem, so that we can advise you on the best course of action.

Often we will advise you to return the goods to us using the most economic method - we will of course replace the goods if you wish us to do so.
WE CANNOT REFUND POSTAGE COSTS IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED WITHOUT THIS AUTHORITY.
For customers outside the UK, the cost of return postage will be refunded provided you have contacted us first, and have followed our instructions for the return
If we ask you to return incorrect items please ensure they are well packed, as damaged returns will not be accepted.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Stock Availability and Prices
All items are advertised as being in stock and ready for dispatch.
Prices are subject to change very rarely due to fluctuations in shipping costs. However we make great efforts to keep these changes to a minimum as all mail orders are subsidised with our flat rate of £2.95 for UK Postage and Packing.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at anytime within the first 14 days. However, please note that the time it takes from placing your order to payment being taken and the book being dispatched can be very short. Once this has occurred the item(s) will need to be returned before a refund or credit can be authorised.
