Not 100% satisfied with your order?
We will happily accept returned titles despatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you as long as they are in their original as-new condition. Please notify us at strathwoodpublishing@gmail.com so that we know to look out for your return.

Make sure to also include a piece of paper in the package with your order number and full name on so that we can easily identify the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Strathwood, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

All items must be returned well packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
